This Policy describes our information collection and usage practices for both direct mail and digital advertising. Our services are not intended for individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from those under 13. Your use of our website or submission of information indicates consent to these practices.

What BDEX Does
BDEX operates a sophisticated data management platform that enables targeted advertising across multiple channels. Our technology recognizes various devices (“Screens”) including computers, mobile devices, tablets, smart TVs, and gaming consoles. This enables sequential targeting, interest-based advertising, and cross-screen optimization.
We comply with Self-Regulatory Principles for Online Behavioral Advertising and Internet Advertising Bureau (IAB) standards.
Privacy by Design
We integrate privacy protection throughout our operations, from strategy to product development. This approach allows us to:
- Protect consumer privacy while delivering relevant advertising
- Benefit advertisers, consumers, and content providers
- Safeguard data throughout its lifecycle
- Maintain transparency through clear communication and choice mechanisms
- Support consumer control through opt-out capabilities
Information Collection and Use
Our technology collects interaction data when users visit client sites. This creates a “snapshot” that helps identify devices and understand household relationships through machine learning. This enables:
- Personalized content delivery
- Cross-device targeting
- Enhanced user experience
- Improved advertising relevance
We share non-personally identifiable technical information with business partners, including:
- Device specifications
- Operating system details
- Advertising identifiers
- Connectivity information
- Location data
- Cookie information
Information Security
We implement robust security measures including:
- Firewalls
- Application controls
- Encryption protocols
- Regular security audits
- Access controls
While no online system is completely secure, we maintain industry-standard protections for your data.
Children’s Privacy
BDEX’s Website and Technology are designed for people 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect PII from anyone under the age of 13. If we discover we have received PII from someone under the age of 13, we will use reasonable efforts to remove that information from our records.
Self-Regulation & Voluntary Compliance
Our industry has a rigorous voluntary self-regulatory regime including groups such as the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB), Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA), and Digital Advertising Alliance of Canada (DAAC), which establish codes of conduct for their members. These codes require transparency, consumer choice regarding data use for interest-based advertising, and regular audits of privacy practices.
BDEX actively supports the DAA Self-Regulatory Principles and the DAAC Self-Regulatory Principles in all applicable activities.
